The Pilates method utilizes low-impact movements and amplifies muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. Looking to improve your posture, core strength, balance, and more? All levels are welcome to join Barbara Parren for drop-in classes.

Sip and Shake

Ever heard of wine and paint? Come try our twist on it: Sip and Shake! Enjoy a drink (or two!) of your choice as we let loose and learn an upbeat routine to popular songs. Drinks are BYO. Please drink responsibly!

 

adult hip hop

Adults ages 18 and up, join us for a non-curriculum class to sharpen your coordination, get a killer workout, and stay dancing. These FUN classes feature a routine to current hip hop/pop music and are drop-in only. All levels are welcome.

Ballet

Adults ages 18+ are invited to join us for our weekly drop-in ballet class with Sam Bassett. We will be working our brains and bodies through a traditional ballet class at a pace that feels right for everyone.

ADULT TAP

Join us for an adult tap class! No experience needed. Tap utilizes rhythm, syncopation and south in addition to movement. Grab your tap shoes and come!
